Oh Baby...

My 2nd niece is arriving as we speak!

Yay! I have been wanting to update that drab post below with something fun, and today I have a reason to.

Erin went into labor this morning, and Mark called me around 8:30. They called for me to come over and watch the other 3 kids, because the grandparents were out of town.

It's funny, I always expect the words "going into labor" to equal some sort of (or rather, a lot of) panic, running around, heavy breathing (hee hee hoo), husbands in disarray, wife yelling at said husband in disarray, stuff everywhere, kids screaming, etc. etc.

Not so - I arrived with a clean house, quiet kids watching a movie, husband talking to neighbor and a very calm mother-to-be.

Baby Claire (or perhaps it's Clare...need to confirm this one) is on her way as we
speak. It gives me chills just thinking about it - some little one entering the world today.

I will update with pictures, as I am now the proud owner of two hand me down cameras (thank you Amanda and Erin!)
