I joined a new MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers) group at our church last week and this "creed" was shared by a woman who has taught preschool for over 25 years - a saint in my opinion! It has made me chuckle ever since.
If I want it, it's mine.
If I give it to you and change my mind later, it's still mine.
If I can take it away from you, it's mine.
If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
If it's mine, it will never belong to anybody else, no matter what.
If we are building something together, all your pieces are mine and all of my pieces are mine.
If it looks just like mine, then of course, it is mine.
Can anyone relate? Hah!.
