1) Christmas Mojito: 1 1/2 oz of silver or white rum, 1 1/2 oz simple syrup, splash of cranberry juice. Add crushed mint, limes and 5 oz. seltzer water and serve over ice.
2) Candy Brandy: 2 oz. of premium brandy served warm over over a dash of simple syrup and an orange rind.
3) Melon Ball: 1 1/2 oz. of watermelon cordial topped with a brandy soaked cherry.
4) Pomegranate Margarita: 1 1/2 oz. tequilla, 2 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. pomegranate juice, 1/2 oz. simple syrup. Served over crushed ice with a sugar coated rim.
5) Champagne Cordial: 3 oz. champagne, 1 oz. raspberry liqueur. Garnish with an orange peel.
6) Non Alcoholic Berry Sweetheart: 3 oz. cranberry juice, 3 oz. apple juice, 1 oz. honey. Serve over ice with maraschino cherry.
7) Mint Kiss: 3/4 oz. white creme de cacao. Top with 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe and serve in a cool glass rimmed with watermelon sugar.
8) Non Alcoholic Peppermint Hot Chocolate: 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream, 2 tbs plus 1 tsp sugar, 2 cups whole milk, 4 oz. coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate, 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract. Click HERE for preparation. Garnish with mini candy canes.
9) Roasted Toasted Almond: 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. coffee liqueur, 1 oz. ammaretto, dash of cream. Serve chilled.
10) Gingerbread Martini: 1 1/2 oz. citrus vodka, 1 1/2 oz. gingerbread liqueur, 1/2 oz. dry vermouth, 1/4 oz simple syrup. Serve with lime rimmed glass and a lime wedge garnish.
11) Non Alcoholic Cider Nog: 5 oz. hot apple cider, 2 oz. warm egg nog, dash of sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
12) Christmas Cosmo: 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 3 oz. cranberry juice, 1 dash simple syrup, 1 dash orange juice. Serve over crushed ice with a lemon peel garnish.
