Herb Butter

Try it.

2 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
2 Tbs. your choice of herbs (I used cilantro, dill and basil from our urban "garden")
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Use as you see fit.

I put a tablespoon each on our salmon filets before baking this evening and it was delicious.  Other ideas include spreading on a toasted baguette, adding to cooked rice or layering on a sandwich.
