Good Morning - Haven't had too much to post in the past few days, but wanted to check in. We have been settling in to the Kampsnider's house and I am proud to say that today was the first day that I did not have to dig through some box in the garage to find misplaced toiletry, earring, shirt, etc. ! Harley, or as we prefer to call him, Cat or Kitters, has been testing the waters in his new surroundings. This place is a small city in comparison to our little apartment downtown. So far it seems as if his favorite places to explore are the places he is not allowed to go like the Kampsnider's bed, Dave's train room and the refrigerator....lovely.

We found out yesterday that our closing on the house will not be until mid to late Sept. due to a provision in the contract. We are dealing with the listing agent and the owner to work on some kinks in the contract; it has not been an easy process to say the least. Because the property is a foreclosure, the process is a bit different (and apparently a much bigger hassle) than purchasing a normal property. It's frustrating to have our vacant home sitting 10 minutes from our work and we can't live in it. The commute right now is definitely the worst; 45 minutes in rush hour does not put you in the best of moods. That's about it for now - Happy Tuesday. P.S.
